Buying Process

Call or email us with your storage structure needs. We will email, fax, or mail over an itemized quote which will have a final delivered price of your structure.

Once you finalize the structure size, colors, and layout you can place your deposit via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. The minimum deposit amount is 40% of the delivered structure price. Upon receipt of the deposit we will email or mail you an itemized purchase order that details the size, colors and specifications of your new structure. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable once construction on your structure has started. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery or completion of construction via bank check or cash on delivery.

We will then call you to schedule delivery usually 1-5 days in advance. Lead times usually range from 3-4 weeks, however lead times can vary by season.

Once our delivery expert arrives at your location he can then determine if he will place the structure by using our truck or using our revolutionary machine called the Mule. All of our pre-built structures are ready for same day use and require no painting or assembly.
